About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Holistic Life Enhancement Support Facilitator to join our team at InclusiveTherapists. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating mental and emotional well-being for individuals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate mental and emotional well-being through non-clinical methods, including talk therapy, poetry and life story writing, video and podcast creation, and art or verbal arts expression.
  • Provide centered client support and critically apply and adapt the Humanity Principle to all work.
  • Advocate for disability justice and provide consultations on advocacy project partnerships.
  • Seek grants to support initiatives and network to develop networking support methods.
  • Offer free consultations and customizable workshops and presentations.
  • Integrate practical solutions to address accessibility, service provision, and organizational challenges.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's and master's degree in social work and relevant lived experience. You should be a wheelchair user with a passion for disability justice advocacy and a commitment to applying the Humanity Principle in all areas of work.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals and organizations in Ontario, aged 18 and older, to achieve their goals and improve their mental and emotional well-being.
