Job Title: Residential Building Architect Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Building Architect to join our team at SJ Construction. As a Residential Building Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing building plans, working with clients to determine project requirements, and collaborating with contractors and tradespersons to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop building plans and detailed drawings for residential construction projects
* Consult with clients to determine project requirements and preferences
* Collaborate with contractors and tradespersons to ensure successful project execution
* Prepare documents showing structural needs and materials required for construction
* Work within limiting factors such as town planning laws and environmental impact assessments

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in residential building design and construction
* Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT
* Excellent communication and project management skills
