Job Title: Residential Building Architect

We are seeking a skilled Residential Building Architect to join our team at SJ Construction. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential buildings.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. You will work closely with our team to develop designs that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural designs for residential buildings
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work with our team to develop and refine designs
  • Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in architecture or related field
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in architectural design
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
