About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Strategic Programs and Events team as a Project Management and Event Operations intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of large-scale events, including our annual kickoff events, which play a critical role in strategy rollout and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
  • Develop and maintain event schedules, timelines, and checklists
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including data entry, document management, and communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Student currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year at an accredited university studying in the areas of Commerce/Business Administration, Communications, or related Arts programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
