Some key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and processing payroll changes (new hires, salary adjustments, terminations)
- Maintaining accurate payroll records, including employee hours, tax information, deductions, and benefits
- Submitting payroll data to an external payroll provider and validating payroll accuracy post-processing
- Ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and international payroll regulations
- Supporting global payroll operations by tracking international payroll changes and coordinating with local providers
- Assisting with payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering employee benefits, serving as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, maintaining HR data and employee records, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, and tracking and analyzing HR and payroll-related data.
