Hi Signs is seeking a dedicated Distributor Representative to champion our line of Ver-Mac traffic safety products. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in traffic and safety signage manufacturing, and distributing traffic safety products in Canada. Our mission is to provide high quality service and safety knowledge.

As a Distributor Representative, you will be the face of our Ver-Mac products, attending industry events, traveling to client locations, and becoming an expert in traffic safety accommodations. You will be instrumental in our go-to-market strategy, aligning with our core values of competency, passion, urgency, progressiveness, and happiness.

Your Target Customers Will Include:

– Heavy road construction companies
– Public works departments
– Cities, towns, and counties
– Civil engineering firms
– Paving companies
– Government bids and tender lists

Required Skills:

– Proven experience in major accounts management & sales
– Proficiency in sales qualification and closing techniques
– Ability to identify and access key decision makers
– Strong technical & computer skills
– Comfort with cold calling and leveraging 'warm' sales leads
– Class 5 Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
– Self-starter, competitive and driven

Considered an Asset:

– Prior industry experience in traffic or safety
– Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales or Management
