About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 2-3 days on-site work and occasional travel (approximately 10% of the time). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate talented teams of product managers and designers to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, leveraging customer feedback and data analytics to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Establish key metrics and KPIs to monitor product performance, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage the product development budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Over 10 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior product management role within a SaaS company.
  2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  3. Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
