About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Strategist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Strategy+ practice, you will play a critical role in driving transformation within our client organizations by applying strategic thinking and organizational psychology principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovation strategies that address complex organizational challenges
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement strategic interventions that foster collaboration across teams and align with the organization's long-term goals
  • Support the change management lifecycle, including planning, strategy development, leadership alignment, communication, and engagement
  • Design and implement training and development programs to ensure the sustainability of change initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science) + four (4) years of experience in organizational strategy, change management, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science)
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role, experience with digital transformation strategies, or applied behavioral economics
  • Experience in entrepreneurship, team/practice building within large consulting firms/organizations
  • Skilled in graphic design and visual communication
  • Experienced in infrastructure/the built environment
  • Been a part of digital transformation
