About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to join our IT Security Infrastructure and Assets Operations team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving complex network incidents and implementing new network infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, implementing permanent corrective measures to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
  • Network Infrastructure Development: Oversee the implementation of new network infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
  • Change Management: Analyze change requests related to the network infrastructure, assess the impact on existing applications, and suggest and carry out the appropriate changes.
  • Business Partnership: Understand business issues, identify stakeholders' network infrastructure needs, and propose technological solutions to support stakeholder activities.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Conduct complex analyses, identify discrepancies, and make recommendations to optimize system efficiency and resolve major problems.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide management with all the information needed to influence orientations and strategies related to the network infrastructure.
About the Team

You will be part of a large team of 15 colleagues, reporting to the Manager, IT Telecommunications Management. Our team is known for its versatility and collaboration, both internally and with other teams. We offer 24/7 support for the entire Bank with the help of our team in Thailand.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Cisco Experience: Solid problem resolution experience in a Cisco environment.
  • Network Knowledge: Very good knowledge of network technologies/concepts (switches, routers, firewalls, WAN accelerators, VPNs, load balancers, F5, DNS, proxy servers, VoIP, QoS).
  • Network Tools: Knowledge of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, etc.).
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in the financial services sector, an asset.
  • Complex Environment: Excellent ability to work in complex environments and grasp complex technological concepts.
  • Certifications: CCNP certification an asset, ITIL certification an asset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact with various stakeholders (technical experts, senior management, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomy and Results-Oriented: Autonomous and results-oriented.
