Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Course. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our network environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Implement and manage network security protocols, including access control, authentication, and authorization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of network standards and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Provide third-level support to users in a Microsoft environment.
  • Manage network access and security, including user accounts, permissions, and authentication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
Requirements
  • Holder of a DEC in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of information technology, with a primary expertise in server and network equipment administration.
  • Proficient in environments such as Windows Servers, Office 365, SCCM, Powershell, InTune, and VMWare.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and Linux servers.
  • Significant experience in multi-site environments.
  • Strong proficiency in local (LAN) and wide-area (WAN) networks, as well as telecommunications equipment.
  • Experience in using network management tools and network monitoring services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in firewalls, SDWAN, Layer 3 protocols, key protocols (Ethernet, MCLAG, LACP, PPP, PAgP...), EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP, MP-BGP, VLAN/trunking, QoS, and MPLS (with experience in problem resolution).
  • Wireless networks and Wifi network equipment experience.
  • Bilingual in written and spoken communication.
