About the Role

CN is seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information & Technology (I&T) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of our network and telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  2. Lead and execute installations, upgrades, and configuration of networking equipment.
  3. Review and approve change controls to ensure compliance with CN IT standards.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance network performance and efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions and support business objectives.
  6. Provide 3rd-level support for network-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on telecommunications or network engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in network infrastructure and telecom technologies.
  3. Expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, IPAM, and datacenter technologies.
  4. Knowledge of routing protocols, including EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS.
  5. Experience with Cisco Wi-Fi networks, SD-WAN solutions, and cloud platforms.
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
