We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Teladoc Health Canada, where you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare to patients across the country.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our dynamic virtual care team, supporting patients in their own communities with flexible scheduling and a focus on building relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting to our virtual care platforms
  • Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and management teams internally and externally
  • Participate in huddles and handover sessions to ensure seamless patient care
  • Support ongoing needs of patients through coordination of necessary care with virtual and local in-person teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current and unrestricted registration as a Nurse Practitioner in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and/or Manitoba (in good standing)
  • Eligibility to cross-license in all Prairie provinces in a timely manner
  • Experience working in the digital health sector, with a strong clinical performance record
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office applications such as MS Teams and Outlook
