Registered Nurse / RN

Pro Vita Care Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support our residents in Long Term Care in Richmond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, monitor, and document resident health status, including physical and psychological conditions.
  • Provide personal care to residents as required, working collaboratively with the Care Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and modification of individualized care plans, ensuring Fall Safety programs are implemented and followed.
  • Assess and monitor resident strengths and limitations, taking appropriate action as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a recognized Nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an RN.
  • Maintain Occupational First Aide Level 1 status.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Gerontological experience.
  • MDS education (Gold Care or Point Click Care).
