Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance staff productivity.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and ensure that all employees are meeting their performance expectations.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine the optimal number of staff needed to meet customer demand.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply shortages, and handle other issues that may arise.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, and provide ongoing supervision and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: A team player who is able to work collaboratively with staff and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year: At least 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Permanent: This is a permanent position with opportunities for career advancement.
- 40 Hours per Week: The store is open 40 hours per week, and the Store Manager will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
