Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve store operations and increase efficiency.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage store staff, assigning duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage store budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Determine the number of staff needed to operate the store efficiently.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise store staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
    • Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, time management, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
    • Work Term: Permanent.
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 40 hours per week.
