Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Fraud Performance team as a Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of technology and business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan for Fraud Performance technology solutions, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of developers and business systems analysts to design, develop, test, and deploy Fraud Performance technology solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of new modeling software and ensure that it meets the company's standards and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery and operations of Fraud Performance technology solutions, including strategic planning, client communication, resourcing, and financial costs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and apply knowledge to escalate/prioritize delivery of new and existing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry fraud trends and provide flexible next-generation technology and delivery approaches and options to balance effective fraud detection with service levels, cost, and risk.
- Ensure ongoing focus on reusability, scalability, and enterprise-wide solutions to maximize returns on Fraud Performance applications/systems suite.
- Ensure operational, reputational, and intellectual risks are understood, and provide advice towards minimizing risk and escalating where appropriate related to Fraud Detection technology.
- Keep informed of technology solutions initiatives and IT direction across the company to provide strong support to business stakeholders and other partner businesses.
- Responsible for oversight and delivery of technology projects across the Fraud Performance practice.
- Establish approach for technology deployment(s) and accountable to manage technology dependencies to align with the integrated plan and reduce risk of organizational constraints.
- Partner with clients/businesses in developing business cases, RFI/RFP, contracts, service level agreements, etc.
- Oversee and support the demand management process from intake through final approval and initiation of delivery execution with respective management teams, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Track major project deliverables.
- Portfolio Management
- Monitor and manage capacity forecasting process compliance among Technology Delivery Leads and report on progress, status, and overall health of the portfolio and the individual applications.
- Lead the development of total cost of ownership estimates for applications and services across the Fraud Performance practice, monitor and track to established plans in partnership with Finance and Business Management team.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and monitor progress against established work agreements.
- Work with Technology Asset Owner team to define and manage end-to-end application and systems lifecycle management for each technology asset.
- Grow the expertise of your team to align with demand and technology direction.
- Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
- Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree, or Technical Certification.
- ~7-10+ years of relevant experience in technology engineering, technology leadership, delivery, operations and/or application management roles are a definite asset.
- ~ Working experience with ML Ops tooling.
- ~ Proven technical skills in one or more of the following areas are a must: Event-driven Architecture, API, Cloud Engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps.
- ~ Knowledge of Fraud and/or AML environments are definite assets.
- ~ Understanding of strategic direction, financial management, and a deep knowledge of the company's technology environment and standards (or equivalent large-scale technology environment).
- ~ Proven track record of building and leading diverse and highly skilled teams of technology and engineering talent, with the trust and confidence to empower your employees to solve problems and make decisions to maintain speed of delivery while meeting the intent of the project.
- ~ Strong people and time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.
- ~ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
