Responsibilities
  • Establish Schedules and Coordinate Team Activities: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Train and Supervise Staff: Foster a culture of excellence by training staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service and Complaint Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management or supervision;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
