Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Dairy Queen Richmond. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, initiative, and dependability.

Working Conditions:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
