Sales Vice-President Job Description
CTS GLOBAL LOGISTICS CANADA INC. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice-President to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Team player with initiative and flexibility
- Judgement and reliability
- Leadership skills
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
