Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering HR services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Process HR paperwork, maintain site HR files, and ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Provide general HR information to team members, prepare team member communications, and maintain site bulletin boards.
  • Payroll Support: May act as payroll backup at some locations and prepare offers.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and directing incoming calls and mail.
  • Training and Development: May conduct pre-screening activities and schedule interviews.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma; Post-secondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and HR experience.
  • Skills: Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication; computer literacy in MS Office; and ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
Work Environment
