Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Rolls-Right Industries Ltd.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and other HR-related functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
