Catering Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team at TRUFFLES FINE FOODS LTD. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering firm, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Dental and healthcare plans available.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
