  • Develop automated tests using Selenium Webdriver, TestComplete, SoapUI, or Postman to achieve maximum code coverage.
  • Develop and execute test cases within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring the application is performing as expected.
  • Assess and escalate critical & high-impact quality issues to the TDL, PM, or Tech Director.
  • Review test deliverables, manage defects, and document test results.
  • Participate in defect review meetings and provide analysis as required.
  • Assist in validating newly created testing environments in coordination with vendors and IT.
  • Troubleshoot and review logs/queues as required to analyze potential defects.
  • Create status and progress reports, along with testing metrics as required.
  • Support user acceptance testing phase.
  • Produce and review metrics; overlay progress, cumulative flow, and quality to overall delivery.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks, process optimization, and advanced toolsets.
  • Implement new automation strategies, calculate and measure expected ROI, and setup supporting teams and processes to maintain services in the long-term. Focus both on traditional and new areas of automation including: mobile, agile, and advanced data automation.
  • Provide accurate estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
  • Follow prescribed change control procedures, ensuring all changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated.
  • Mentor, coach, and train existing and new team members.
