Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Digital QA Engineer to join our team. This role will be based in [Location].

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance methodologies. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, with recent experience working with Salesforce CRM and writing intermediate SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the application meets functional requirements.
  2. Collaborate with Business Analysts and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis, and requirements assessments as needed.
  3. Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integrations.
  4. Create impact analysis documents.
  5. Work closely with the scrum team to scope and estimate work.
  6. Identify and resolve defects collaboratively with developers and stakeholders.
  7. Design and automate test sets, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
  8. Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable specifications, writing, and maintaining Test Artifacts.
  9. Continuously improve testing processes, methods, and drive adoption of best practices and standards.
  10. Support the solution in production as needed.
  11. Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Candidate Requirements/Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Quality Engineer.
  • 2+ years' recent experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Recent experience writing intermediate SQL queries.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Financial services experience is a plus.
  • Global Banking, Capital Markets experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to work across different business lines and with different users.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure.
  • A 'go-getter' personality who can solve problems and think outside the box.

Degrees or Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field. If not from a technical field, please ensure they have sufficient experience in similar roles supporting integration.
  • Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce Admin is a plus.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
