Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital initiatives tailored to B2B audiences, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives engagement and meets client needs.

  1. Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the PRO experience on the digital platform.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader business objectives.
  3. Stay ahead of industry trends to implement innovative solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or online customer service environment.
  2. 7-10 years of experience in B2B business in a strategic position or equivalent.
  3. Ability to work in a multifunctional environment, manage directly and using influence.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  5. Degree in digital commerce, business administration or relevant field.
