Freight Brokerage Sales Representative

FLS Transportation Services (USA) Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Brokerage Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with existing clientele, and fostering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Generate Sales Leads: Utilize inside sales networking, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clientele and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Foster New Business: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and expand our market share.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with operations and functional teams to create solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Gather market information, analyze opportunities, and document sales methodologies to inform business decisions.
- Respond to Client Inquiries: Prepare and deliver responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs) to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
- Prepare Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase our services and drive business growth.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the 3PL industry.
- Sales Skills: Ability to attract, bring on, close, and deliver new business.
- Work Ethic: Passion for sales, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed (exceed quota).
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients.
