Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Onboard Immigration Services. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our food service establishment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
