Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MKS Family Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service delivery.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to maintain quality control standards.
  • Prepare detailed food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate food preparation.
  • Lead a team of 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
