Job Summary

Forest View Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of 1st Shift Lead Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence, safety, and crisis management for our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Registered Nurse, you will carry out daily routines of patient care and supervision.
  • You will ensure the clinical excellence and safety of our patients by providing direct support and guidance to patients and newly hired team members.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • You will participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
