Job Summary

Forest View Hospital is seeking a qualified 1st Shift Lead Tech to join our team. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the daily routines of patient care and ensure clinical excellence, safety, and crisis management of our patient population.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Registered Nurse, the Lead Mental Health Technician is responsible for carrying out the daily routines of patient care. This includes direct support to patients and newly hired team members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and crisis management of our patient population.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a psychiatric setting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
