Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and trained to meet the demands of our clients
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control
