Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
