Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective food production.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform budgeting and planning decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on kitchen performance and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of food production. You will be required to work in a noisy and odorous environment, with frequent exposure to hot surfaces and sharp objects.
