Kitchen Supervisor

The Empire Diner seeks a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee food preparation and kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to Empire Diner's recipes and quality standards.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and organized kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality dishes.
The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. The work setting is in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and the candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a team environment.
Reliability, a team player attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
