OMNI Department Manager

**Job Summary**

The OMNI Department Manager will provide exceptional customer service by offering assistance to meet the customer's shopping needs. This will be accomplished by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and other related services directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Participate in the training and development of all OMNI Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  2. Complete Back Office Setup, including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity, Assignation of CFAs, Fills in Staging Whiteboards, and Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs.
  3. Check for Action Items and complete tasks accordingly.
  4. Complete daily picks, where necessary, and perform post-pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards, and ensuring the Back Office is ready for the next day.
  5. Lead by example by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Age – 16 or older
