We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to lead our General Merchandise team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist with product inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and facing is maintained.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and develop a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Assist with recovery and zoning activities, ensure a safe and clean work environment, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives, and communicate effectively with associates and customers.
Requirements:
Age – 16 or older
