Main Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting new clients through various sales activities.
  • Sales and negotiations of contracts with insurers.
  • Managing client relationships and claims.
  • Representing and promoting Acera Insurance to potential clients at trade shows.
  • Managing and working with assigned associate staff to meet the needs of clients and insurers.
  • Developing presentation and marketing material as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of related and progressive experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Alberta Level 2 License is required.
  • CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset.
