Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Dorval. As an AP Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, validate, and enter supplier invoices into our management system.
- Follow invoice approval processes and match with purchase orders.
- Validate supplier letters of conformance.
- Process invoices according to project progress and payment.
- Communicate errors to project managers and buyers.
- Prepare payments of all types according to agreements and progress.
- Assist the service department as needed.
- Professional college-level academic training in accounting.
- 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience with project accounting is an asset.
- Functional command of French and English.
- Experience with Excel and ERP software.
- Able to work on site every day.
