The EHS Manager at Dewengineering plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This involves managing all Environmental Compliance activities as required by Federal, Provincial, and Municipal entities for facilities in Ontario and New Brunswick, as well as all Health and Safety activities for our Ontario facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Legislative Compliance: Identify relevant legislation, ensure regulatory compliance, and make recommendations for improvements to processes.
  • Equipment Review: Review existing and new equipment/process acquisitions for environmental and Health and Safety impacts, providing support to ensure that new hazardous materials are not introduced into our processes or products.
  • Training and Onboarding: Provide Environmental, Health and Safety onboarding and training as required by company policy and regulatory authorities.
