Assistant General Manager - National Toronto

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving business results and supporting the General Manager in achieving company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, who can motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve service quality, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve company objectives, including sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and sanitation and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Execute ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required.
