Assistant General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Equinox Fitness Club. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, and M.D. managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory control, payroll, budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance.
  • Educate staff on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness, or professional setting with 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Financial management experience.
  • Able to hire, direct, and train staff.
