Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Hire food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our performance and areas for improvement.

Work Environment: Our food service establishment is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment

Language: English

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
