We're seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our Commercial Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:- Report claims and advocate for clients throughout the claims journey
- Liaise with adjusters and insurance companies on behalf of clients
- Track claims costs and maintain up-to-date loss histories
- Ensure accurate documentation in our broker management system (EPIC)
- 3-5 years of related experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in an insurance brokerage is considered an asset
- Prior claims knowledge and experience is an asset
- RIBO License is required
- CIP designation or working towards is considered an asset
- A collaborative work environment that values professionalism and integrity
