Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all work activities on assigned construction projects to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, regulations, and safety codes.
- Ensure adherence to Amico's corporate health and safety program and site-specific regulations.
- Engage in project activities including reviewing and monitoring subcontractors, supervision, engineering procurement, negotiation, and other job-related tasks.
- Promote a productive team-working environment within Amico and affiliated corporations.
- Maintain the highest quality standards to uphold Amico's corporate image.
- Be ultimately responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation and execution strategies.
- Be accountable for resolving any problems or inconsistencies that arise during the construction project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in a Project Management role in the ICI industry.
- Post-secondary education from a registered Engineering/Construction Management Program (an asset).
- PMP certification (an asset).
- Gold Seal Certification (an asset).
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, industry practices, and work codes.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Solid organizational, written, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules.
- Valid G Class driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
