About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Professional to join our team at Les Moulins La Fayette. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source the freshest ingredients and ensure timely delivery
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in preparing and presenting dishes that exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a senior cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
