At RhynoCare, we are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in the Exeter area.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, which is reflective of the qualifications and experience required for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes:

• Providing individualized care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
• Ensuring timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
