At RhynoCare, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and services in the Exeter area. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Salary: $35-$45 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and experienced RPN to work in long term and acute care facilities. As an RPN with RhynoCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the best possible care. Your expertise will also be utilized to ensure a safe and timely admission process for new residents.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, including physicians, therapists, and other support staff.

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Able to work with persons with Infectious Diseases.
• BLS Certificate.
• Valid First Aid & CPR.
• Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV).
• Proof of negative TB skin test within one (1) year as well as Hepatitis B.
• Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to 'float' from unit to unit within a hospital, depending on facility need.
• Compliance with RhynoCare's shift acceptance/cancellation policy.
