Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bike Service Technician to join our team. As a Bike Service Technician, you will be responsible for assembling new bicycles, repairing and servicing various types of bicycles, including E-Bikes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble new bicycles from box for sale to customers
  • Repair and service all types of bicycles, including E-Bikes
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and on the phone
  • Deliver a finished product that meets company standards

Requirements

  • Passionate about cycling and the outdoors
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Previous Service Shop experience is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
  • Positive work attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
