Job Summary

Auxaire Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our switchboard, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Switchboard Management: Operate our switchboard, answer phone calls, and relay messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain work records, process information, and perform data entry.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.
