Financial Planning Director

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
- Design and report key performance indicators for worldwide sales, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis team in partnership with regional business partners, ensuring accurate forecasts and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to provide marketing analytics and solutions.
- Drive key corporate reporting requirements to the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
- Develop and deliver business analytics and insights to support decision making related to unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Analytics/Statistics.
- 15 years of experience in corporate/strategic finance in publicly traded companies.
- Experienced CFA certification with either sell-side or buy-side experience analyzing tools and diagnostics companies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with senior management leaders on financial planning, strategic business plans, and execution.
